Other Awesome Small Businesses You Should Call On

You can’t do it on your own. There comes a point in your business “journey” when you have to call on others in order to take things to the next level. Here are a few of my favourite small businesses who make it their business to help you succeed with yours:

Uh Huh Digital

Specialising in copywriting for photographers, creatives and small businesses, Christina makes copy cool. Her witty, fun and collaborative style delivers outstanding copy that sells (without sounding salesy) and I’m told that those working with her enjoy every moment of the process. She has an enviable About page on her website that you can read here.

Emily Spicer-Stuart

Business coach extraordinaire. Emily is “bananas” about all things business marketing and provides one-on-one coaching and goal setting workshops to help small business owners break down their big ideas into actionable strategies. She’s also an Instagram Stories superstar! Check out her website here.

Techno Bird

Need a new website or to refresh your old one? Wondering about SEO? Karli is a fellow WAHM and her website designs are simply stunning and created to maximise functionality – as you would expect from an SEO expert. Follow her on Instagram for regular SEO and social media tips. Find out more here.

Urban Safari

For headshots that will have you headhunted, check out Urban Safari. Kate is a veritable legend of the lens – with a knack for capturing your best side without making you feel awkward. She took my headshots (which look pretty amazing if I do say so myself) and I’ve also worked with Kate on a client photo shoot – the resulting images were light, bright and natural and were a hit with the client. You can find her here.

The Digital Picnic

If you want to DIY your social media, the Get Social Savvy workshop by The Digital Picnic should be your first stop to digital greatness.  Cat and Cherie and their team of merry managers are the masters of social media strategy. Their extensive knowledge is backed by first-hand experience managing a multitude of client social media accounts. They are “in the trenches” and as such, have their finger on the pulse when it comes to the practical application of a social strategy. Their private Facebook group provides a wealth of knowledge about algorithm updates, Facebook advertising and the latest tech trends and a support network unlike any other I’ve experienced. I have personally completed almost every course that they’ve held (#groupie) because I love their unpretentious and personable presentation style.  They know their sh*t but they don’t claim to be “experts”. They walk the talk and lead by example. Find out more here.

Scribe and Social

The talent behind this stylish social media venture is Sonia. Sonia is, without a doubt, one of the nicest and most approachable business women I’ve encountered. But don’t let her charm fool you – when it comes to social media, copywriting and blogging, this Adelaide-based business babe is top of her game. Sonia specialises in one-on-one coaching and helps her clients create stylish and effective digital content. Check her out on Instagram.
